Goals:
To protect the rights of the Preternatural Victims involved in a Preternatural Crime, as defined by the Law Book written by Alex Ruler's father.

To ensure a fair trial for those Preternatural Criminals found breaking the Preternatural Law.

To ensure safety of all living and un-living creatures that mean no harm to anyone.



Alex Ruler's father purchased The Ruined Hall of Justice the year before Alex was born. When Alex took over, he began remodeling the building to look exactly like he remembered from his comic books. He installed high tech weaponry, and defense systems to aid in the protection of the innocent.

Upgrades:
The Anti-Vampire Steel Defense Panels: Incredibly durable and blessed with silver. No Vampire should be able to break through them without causing severe damage to themselves.

Lycan Phase Controller: No lycan can phase while inside the building. If a lycan phases, then enters the building, the lycan becomes paralyzed.
