Plot of Hellsing New Generations

The Plot
A long time ago, there was a vampire named Alucard and an organization named Hellsing. Hellsing exterminates Vampires and such other supernatural forces. The group went un-tampered with and controlled such a dominant force in Alucard, because he was their strongest warrior. The group had its moment where it had trouble with such forces but nothing too major. Unfortunately, every kingdom has its fall and Hellsing was no such exception.
A force of Vampires and the rare Werewolves and Werecats formed together to destroy the Hellsing Organization. This group stayed on the down low, and made sure no one knew about the organization and if anyone did find out, they were killed before they could ever think about telling anyone. This group was completely unknown of by Hellsing, and everyone else except by the overwatching eye of God.
Meanwhile, God spoke to Alucard and called him on to the afterlife despite the overwhelming force that was to come. Alucard was sent to Hell despite his killing of the Vampires because he did not keep God's holy virtues. When he was called on to Hell, he was made into a normal mortal so that he could suffer the pain that was to come in the fiery pit.
This group eventually attacked Hellsing, and killed every member of them and anyone who was associated with them. They attacked by the means of guerrilla warfare so it was very hard to defend themselves. From here on, the supernatural could do whatever they wished.
One hundred years ago, Shiryu Kenta re-established a group like Hellsing and named it after himself therefore it was named the Kenta Organization. This group was very powerful, but no one knows if they hold the power that Hellsing did because no one even remembers the organization. The current leader of Kenta is Aidan Kenta, descendant of Shiryu.
Another group in the world is the Regional Investigation of Preternatural Criminal Organizations which was founded by Alex Ruler. Their goals are To protect the rights of the Preternatural Victims involved in a Preternatural Crime, as defined by the Law Book written by Alex Ruler's father, to ensure a fair trial for those Preternatural Criminals found breaking the Preternatural Law, and to ensure safety of all living and un-living creatures that means no harm to anyone.
